Last week was Valentine’s Day, one of the busiest seasons in the rose industry. Roses are, after all, the symbol of love par excellence! At Rosaprima, Valentine’s fever starts approximately half a year earlier. Earlier still, if we consider the process of selecting the varieties to be planted in time for the big day! It is a lot of hard work, but always worthwhile. Knowing our roses play an essential role in the time-honored tradition of expressing love on Valentine’s Day energizes every one of us at Rosaprima. It certainly sets the tone for the months leading up to the big day.
This Valentine’s Day period Rosaprima shipped over 8 million stems to over 40 countries around the world. Over 300 wholesale customers confirmed their preference in our exceptional quality, beauty, and overall performance by purchasing roughly 600,000 dozen roses. To put it in another way, we estimate Rosaprima roses reached somewhere around half a million people!
