Diverse company employing over 400 people

Rosaprima is an equal opportunity employer with a staff of over 400 men and women who are as diverse as the country itself. 45 % are women and 55% are men.  26% of our employees belong to an ethnic minority and 66% of employees have worked with us for over a year.  70% of our employees live less than 10 miles from the farm.  Rosaprima also employs a significant number of workers with disabilities.

Ample health benefits

Rosaprima has medical clinic built on premises that is completely free to its employees and their families. In case of emergencies, and more sever issues, our attending doctor acts as the physician at the local hospital where patients are treated.

Contributing to the local community

Rosaprima contributed to the funding and construction of the first municipal school, a geriatric center and a day care center, in coordination with the local government. We contribute on a monthly basis to the local school and offer regular scholarship programs to the sons and daughters of our employees.

This is not only reflected in the high number of variables that are higher than peers, but in the outstanding values obtained in the five aspects that were evaluated.
